If you have changed phones, or no longer have access to the authenticator app you linked to your Crewdentials account, please contact is at [email protected].


We will undertake some verification checks and reset your two-factor authentication method to a 2FA code being sent to you via either SMS, WhatsApp or phone call.


You will then be able to access Crewdentials again and link your new authenticator app.


Please read the related 2FA guide to learn how to switch between the two authentication methods.
