How to reset your Password

If you have forgotten the password to your account, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- Click the I've forgotten my password button on the login screen
- Enter (or check) your email address, then click Continue
TIP: You will receive a password reset link to your email address, the link will expire after an hour, if you ignore the link your password will remain unchanged.
Resetting your Password
After clicking on the link received by email:
- Enter your new password
- Click Save
- Go to https://crewdentials.app to log in with your new credentials
TIP: If you still cannot get in to your account, go back to the initial login screen by clicking Not you? then enter your email and new password.
