Why two versions?
In order to continue to develop the Crew Profile and Business Workspace, and support our customers with the latest enhancements, we rebuilt both products on a new tech stack.

Can I use the new v2 Crew Profile?
Absolutely, it is free for crew and always will be.
If you have data you would like to migrate over to your new Crew Profile, please get in touch with us, we'd be happy to help 🧑💻
Is your original v1 Crew Profile connected to a business workspace already?
If it is, you will need to continue to manage your data through that account for the time being. We are working with our customers to ensure a smooth and easy transition over to the new versions when the timing is right.
How do I check if my original v1 Crew Profile is connected to a business workspace?

click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
click Connections
If you have any active connections they will be displayed on this page.
TIP: Crew Profiles are linked to email addresses, so please ensure you sign in with the email address you used to access your account previously.
